There are plenty of activities for kids.

But how many can you actually do together?

In our Parent/Kid Krav Maga class, you’re not sitting on the sidelines while your child trains.
You’re their partner.

You learn together, try the techniques together, laugh together and progress together.

Your child is proud to show you what they can already do.
And because they’re working with someone they know and trust, they dare more, build confidence, and progress naturally.

A moment of connection every week… and memories you’ll keep far longer.

An activity where parent and child can truly be partners

Most sports make it hard for an adult and a child to genuinely train together: differences in size, strength or level get in the way.

Krav Maga, by contrast, lets you learn together.

No need to be especially athletic, flexible or trained.

The exercises are progressive and adapted so everyone can take part at their own level.

You’ll be able to:

  • learn useful self-defence reflexes;
  • move and let off steam together;
  • build your child’s confidence;
  • discover what they’re capable of;
  • share funny, sometimes unexpected moments;
  • progress together, week after week.

And above all: you don’t train next to your child. You train with them.

For kids aged 6 to 11: a class designed specifically for duos

Thursday, 6:30–7:30 pm

At this age, the class is deliberately playful.

Kids learn key safety reflexes and Krav Maga basics through age-appropriate exercises.

For most of the session, your child works with you.

This creates a particularly reassuring environment for shyer children, those who still lack confidence, or those new to contact sports.

You remain their trusted partner.

And very often, the roles reverse: it’s your child proudly explaining to you what they’ve learned.

€520 per year for the parent + child duo

Free first trial class.

One registration for the parent, one for the child

Both the parent and the child need to be registered at the club: one form for the parent, and one form for the child. Each receives their own €55 IKM licence (federation affiliation, insurance, T-shirt to wear at every class) — that’s what covers each of you by insurance from the very first class.

What if the parent can’t make it?

No problem: if a parent can’t exceptionally be there, the child can still come along. They simply join the kids’ class running in parallel, at the same time, with other children their age.

The adult can change from one class to the next

It doesn’t have to be the same adult every time. One week it might be mum, the next dad, then an uncle or aunt who’s visiting… What matters is that the child comes along with a family adult, whoever that may be.

From age 12: join a real Krav Maga class together

From age 12, your child can join the regular beginners’ class.

Monday and Thursday, 6:30–7:30 pm

Parent and child follow exactly the same class as the other beginners.

So you can learn the same techniques, progress together, and regularly train as partners.

It’s a great way to start a new activity as a duo… even if neither of you has ever practised a combat sport before.

No prior experience is required.

How this idea came about

The Parent/Kid class wasn’t born from a marketing concept.

It came about naturally.

A mother first came to train with one of her sons.

Then the second one joined them.

Then the third.

Watching them train together, I realised how much Krav Maga could become far more than a simple self-defence class: a family activity that’s genuinely shared.

Since then, mums and dads have been coming with their sons or daughters of all ages.

Some families come as a full group: mum, dad and the kids, all on the mat.

It’s probably one of the best things to see at the club.

Your child has never done Krav Maga? Neither have you?

That’s exactly what this class is for.

You don’t need:

  • any Krav Maga experience;
  • any particular level of fitness;
  • any combat sport experience.

Your child can also start out shy, not especially sporty, or lacking confidence.

Everyone progresses at their own pace in a supportive environment.

Guided by experienced instructors

Classes are led by a team of instructors trained in Krav Maga.

Gaëtan Mostin, the club’s director, is a Krav Maga Expert 4 and has been teaching for over 17 years.

The goal isn’t to turn the class into a competition.

We want everyone to learn realistic self-defence techniques in an atmosphere that’s serious when it needs to be… but also relaxed, family-friendly and welcoming.

What if your next activity was one you started together?

No need to commit to find out.

Just come and try a class with your child.

You’ll quickly discover whether Krav Maga can become an activity for the two of you.
