Gear & Equipment
The uniform for Krav Maga consists of:
- Krav Maga trousers, shorts or joggers (military-style preferred) with the IKM logo
- IKM T-shirt
- Wristband showing your IKM grade
- Trainers (high-top preferred)
Mandatory equipment consists of:
- Groin guard
- Mouthguard
Recommended equipment consists of:
- Shin guards (for combat sports, not football or hockey ones)
- Boxing or MMA gloves
This gear can be found at various sports shops — we recommend discussing it with your instructor to choose the right equipment.
